Policy to handle requests for resetting myindici and indici Password
Please follow these guidelines:

No Password Reset Requests: Under no circumstances should the indici support team entertain any requests for password resets or sharing passwords via email/SMS or on Phone.

Use the "Forgot Password" Feature: Please advise users to use the "Forgot Password" feature available in myindici and indici.

Practice Manager Assistance: If users encounter any issues with the password reset process, they should reach out to their Practice Manager for assistance.
For patient-related logins:

Encourage Self-Service: Encourage patients to use the "Forgot Password" option for resetting their passwords.

Direct Assistance: If patients are unable to reset their passwords through the system, they should call the practice directly for help and request a password reset.
As a reminder, our role is that of a data controller. Under no circumstances can we access patient data without explicit approval from the practice.
